As an attorney, I focus on real estate, finance, securities, business, and estate law. At South Texas College of Law, I earned a transactional certificate through a concentration of courses on securities regulation, corporate finance, business bankruptcy, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

I am a seasoned business owner with over 19 years’ experience, who began real estate investing in 2000. My early career focused on putting together a variety of transactions in Texas and out of state. I apply my experience identifying issues and planning solutions to assist clients.
